Return & Refund Policy

At HerCares.pk, we want you to be completely sure about your order before you pay. That is why every order is delivered with Cash on Delivery and Open Parcel (Allow to Open).

1. Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery
When your parcel arrives, you can open it in front of the delivery rider before making any payment. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to the rider on the spot. You do not have to pay anything.

2. No returns after delivery is accepted
Once you have opened the parcel, paid the rider and accepted the order, the sale is final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery.

3. What to check before you pay

• The product is the one you ordered (Period Cramp Relief Belt)
• There is no visible damage
• All included items are in the box
• If the battery has charge, switch the belt on and check that it works

Please complete these checks while the rider is present.

4. Refusing an order
Please refuse a parcel only if you have a genuine issue with it. If orders are refused repeatedly without a valid reason, we may not be able to accept future orders from that number or address.
